“Rock Your Heels”
Thursday May 6, 2010 6:30 – 8:00pm and 8:30 – 10:00pm

This Thurday May 6, as part of “First Thurdays” in West Queen West, Cabaret will be hosting "Rock Your Heels", a free class for you to learn to strut your stuff and unleash your inner pin-up girl, taught by Pastel Supernova. 

This class focuses on the fundamentals of walking, dancing, and moving around in high heels effortlessly.  Here the independent modern woman can benefit from learning the etiquette and rules of old.  Great for all levels, it's a fun way to gain confidence and refine your femininity!

Pastel Supernova is a Neo-Pinup, Dancer & band member of Fritz Helder & the Phantoms. Pastel has worked with a variety of clients from performers to the everyday woman who wants to feel confident in her heels.  Named one of the 30 most influential women in Canada by Flare Magazine ('09) Pastel has printed her own Pin-up 2010 Calendar, toured as a dancer for Nelly Furtado, Performed around the world and is currently writing a fun Heels at Home Manual for the inner Pin-up In You.  Check out more Pastel here.
